Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Back Office Chargeback Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Vendor Chargeback Dispute Management (VCDM) team, you will be responsible for analyzing and investigating vendor chargeback disputes, ensuring accurate processing, and implementing process improvements.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and investigate vendor chargeback disputes to ensure accurate processing.
  2. Implement process improvements to reduce chargeback errors and optimize flow.
  3. Collaborate with Amazon vendors, stakeholders, and customers through virtual meetings and calls.
  4. Participate in education and training initiatives for vendors to enhance their understanding of our processes.
  5. Identify areas for improvement in Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation.
  6. Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or in progress.
  • Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, or training.
