We are seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join our International Seller Services (ISS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the growth and expansion of our Sellers' businesses. Your goal will be to identify opportunities to optimize their catalog and expand globally, while driving new business initiatives and enhancing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically guide Sellers on optimizing their catalog and expanding globally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and enhance relationships
  • Provide expert advice on program adoption and catalog optimization
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to improve Seller satisfaction and productivity
  • Track and report key performance indicators to inform business decisions
