Business Development Lead, Seller Adoption

Key Responsibilities

* Own business goals on Seller adoption/retention of programs and building growth strategy for the function
* Model and forecast business metrics for strategic decision-making to increase functional program adoptions among Sellers
* Work with senior product stakeholders to develop strategies for identifying and prioritizing Sellers for 1:1 AM channels
* Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing environment
* Be the Voice of the Seller champion, developing mechanisms to collect and surface SX issues, product improvement ideas, and influence the product team's roadmap
* Analyze Seller behavior and performance trends, diagnose root causes, and create actionable plans for operational improvements
* Use data to provide insights to business leaders and effectively represent the function in various forums (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs)
* Take data-driven decisions to prioritize strategic initiatives, focus areas, etc.
* Develop weekly metrics to track critical inputs and outputs, reporting out in weekly business reviews and regular flash reports to senior management
* Lead recruiting and hiring efforts across direct teams and broader organizations
