Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Equivalent being 5+ years sales support or sales operations experience in e-commerce, SaaS, cloud or a related industry)
- 5+ years professional sales support or sales operations experience
- 5+ years of sales support or sales operations management experience
- Experience leading large teams
- Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of creating business plans, lead prioritization and making decisions
- Demonstrated ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced and ambiguous environment

We are looking for a talented Leader to scale our Self-Service Registration inbound recruitment program.
We are looking for an analytical thinker who has leadership experience, and will be excited to execute upon core KPIs, plans, processes and programs for our 3P Seller business.
We need a leader who can work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and utilize their great communication skills to build and manage a top performing sales support and operations team.
- Execute goals and strategic direction for the team ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
- Conduct deep dive analytics on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement
- Analyze trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements
- Become a thought leader in identifying success criteria and understand business needs of Sellers in an ever-changing business environment
- Partner with internal teams including Category Management, Data Science, Tech and Learning & Development to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in our existing Seller base
- Successfully manage and develop a team of Account Representatives

- Project Management Experience
- Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
