We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at Emerson. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of technical activities related to SAP hardware, software, upgrades, security vulnerabilities, and patching.
Your Key Objectives:
- Lead and manage SAP system upgrade, patching, and security vulnerability maintenance planning
- Oversee the development and implementation of SAP Landscape architecture initiatives
- Develop and provide comprehensive reports on key metrics for management and stakeholders
- Drive the creation of downtime tracking that meets Emerson's standards for all SAP Landscapes
- Prepare quarterly reviews covering key performance indicators
- Recommend and drive continual improvements in SAP Landscapes and SAP Delivery Service processes
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 12 years combined experience in IT management and support
- Experience with SAP ECC is mandatory
- Proven project management skills focused on IT projects
- Includes any travel requirements of the job
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of EAI concepts, tools, and integration
- Knowledge of Backup and Recovery tools processes and procedures
- Installation, upgrade, and Migration experience
