**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers during critical issues.

As a member of our global support organization, you will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely and effective case resolution. You will also contribute to the growth of best practices for support services and collaborate with other teams to improve internal processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues, and a personal commitment to quality and customer service. This is a customer-facing role, and therefore it requires strong interpersonal skills in addition to strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers during critical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams through various channels
  • Manage customer expectations and experience
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to improve internal processes
