Job RequirementsThis role requires:
- 3 years of experience in sales operations, operations management, data analyst, or related roles
- Familiarity with sales tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn, Seismic
- Experience in Salesforce reporting and development
- Ability to analyze BDR performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

This Sales Operations Specialist role is responsible for developing sales training materials and processes tailored for outbound and inbound BDRs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in sales operations, operations management, or data analysis, and will be familiar with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales training materials and processes for BDRs
- Work with marketing team to ensure campaign process, lead routing, and feedback loop for inbound and outbound targets
- Assist Outbound BDR team with creating cadences, pulling contacts, and accounts for outbound outreach
- Update sales collateral, plans, and scripts to align with value proposition and messaging
- Analyze BDR performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
