Your Impact:
- Develop a Winning Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for ESS's Ascend analytical solutions, ensuring alignment with product priorities, dependencies, and the overall portfolio vision.
- Understand Your Audience: Gain deep insights into key user personas, customers, and team members across regions to understand their needs and pain points related to Ascend's analytical solutions.
- Drive Global Expansion: Identify product-market fit and critical features that will enable our solutions to scale effectively across global markets.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with data science, engineering, UX/UI, and regional product teams to define clear technical requirements for product development, ensuring seamless execution.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with global and regional product management teams to collaboratively bring innovative solutions to market.
- Champion Agile Development: Participate actively in sprint reviews to monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Track Performance & Revenue: Manage and track revenue reporting in partnership with regional stakeholders and ESS Finance, providing valuable insights into product performance.
- Advocate for Investment: Contribute to the development of compelling business cases that justify investment in product development initiatives.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on short-term tasks and near-term priorities, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
Your Expertise:
- 8+ years of proven experience in Product Management, ideally within the financial services or credit industry.
- A strong understanding of the model development lifecycle for credit risk assessment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering analytical software solutions for credit risk management.
- Experience working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to execute product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and concise updates on product milestones and progress to both internal and external partners.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives with the demands of bug fixes and customer requests.
