Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Finance Manager to join our team at Videndum Production Solutions in Cartago, Costa Rica. This is a leadership role focused on delivering financial objectives and driving business performance.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the CR Finance function and developing its activities, including General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Balance Sheet, Audit, and Financial Reporting.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial information is generated to support decision-making, performance management, and business development.
  • Maintaining effective internal controls to ensure reporting of financial results is precise.
  • Providing complete and suitable information to support the monthly closing cycle.
  • Participating in internal and external audits as needed.
Main Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Free Trade Zone requirements.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Leadership experience in managing international teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
