Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Admedes S.A. in Costa Rica.

This role is part of our international team and involves supporting product transfer activities, maintaining project activities on-site, and collaborating with the project management department.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and experience in production, quality management, or project management. Strong MS-Office skills and excellent English language proficiency are also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining project activities on-site in close collaboration with the project management department
• Coordinating process or technology transfer and scale-up in the production area
• Providing technical support during validations and audits
• Improving internal procedures and existing processes

You will work closely with an international team to achieve common goals and contribute to the success of our company.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A completed bachelor's degree in engineering
