Senior Account Coordinator

**About the Role**

Launch Potato is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adhering to established processes to ensure successful onboarding of FBZ advertisers, and ensuring all offer updates, payout changes, and tracking changes are facilitated internally with strong SLAs.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of client KPIs
• Adhere to established processes for onboarding FBZ advertisers
• Ensure accurate reporting and record keeping
• Assist with client or internal billing questions and investigate tracking/billing discrepancies
• Assist with finalizing monthly client ad spend
• Assist the editorial team with advertiser content approval

**Requirements**

• 1-2 years experience supporting client accounts or paid media in the digital marketing industry
• Self-motivated to independently manage time and priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically to produce meaningful outcomes
• Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and Powerpoint
• Experience with at least one of the following: HasOffers/Tune or mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava, etc.

**Nice to Have**

• Experience using analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
• Familiarity with tracking integration, server to server post backs, or iframe and javascript pixels
