Job Description:
The Client Success Architect will work directly with customers, sales, and internal teams to manage targeting support desk requests.
This role involves assessing customer needs, communicating with internal teams, and closing tickets in a timely manner with satisfactory resolutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Set up new ST accounts, billing needs, and prioritize steps when necessaryConsult with internal groups to ensure complete ticket resolutionPrimary contact point for customer inquiries and consultationAssist management with specific role or ticket questions or issuesIdentify opportunities to improve existing methodology and execute changesDemonstrate ability to shift between tasks, diagnose problems, and execute resolutionsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing or Agency preferred
- Technical Bachelor's degree or Marketing degree in progress or complete
- Strong PC skills in MS Office
- Experience in Smart Automation Technologies (RPA, RDA, Chatbot, Power Apps, etc.)
