">As a key member of our team, the Head Of Sales will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our sales strategy in LATAM. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the local market, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
">Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives in LATAM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
- Manage and motivate sales teams to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions and stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
">- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the LATAM region.
