Global Productivity Manager

The Senior Manager, GBS Shared Services Productivity role is a key leadership position that drives productivity and operational effectiveness across GBS globally. This role will play a critical part in setting a higher standard for productivity and integrating data throughout GBS.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with 7+ years in a shared services environment or consulting capacity. A background in productivity and performance management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a governance program around productivity, including setting and monitoring targets and calculation methodologies.
- Lead weekly workstream meetings with operations, PPI, automation, IT, and process leads across all workstreams.
- Align with senior leadership on investment requirements for proposed productivity initiatives and evaluate proposed benefit realization.
- Manage productivity measurement and visualization of monthly and quarterly reporting, including development of dynamic productivity tools and dashboards.
- Define and drive activity mapping exercises for processes and time in motion for employees in current state and re-measure post productivity initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of operations and performance improvement to serve as a change agent and champion the business needs across the Centers.
- 10+ years of progressive work experience in finance or accounting with 7+ years in a shared services environment or consulting capacity.
- Experience in productivity and performance management is highly desirable.
- Project management skills and experience are essential.
- A sense of urgency and creativity to handle project issues and adapt plans to meet objectives.
- Analytical and problem-solving capacities to synthesize large quantities of complex data to generate meaningful insights.
- Proven ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally and influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically dispersed matrix organization.
