Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and C-level executives.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of ad sales managers
  • Manage the development of sales skills, coaching, and training
  • Establish close communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts

To achieve this, you will need to have a deep understanding of ad tech partners' structures, economics, processes, roles, and clients. You will also need to have a genuine passion for business with strong network within fashion and/or finance industry.

Requirements and Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 10+ years of work experience in media sales role with knowledge in digital performance marketing and ad metrics from tech-driven companies or media platforms
  • 3+ years of team and people management experience
  • Leadership skills - strong point of view with the ability to navigate clients, tech partners, and leverage existing relationships as well as building/fostering new relationships in a matrix organization
