Lead Programmatic IT Solutions

World Vision is a global humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the lives of children living in poverty. We strive to create lasting change by empowering communities and advocating for children's rights.
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT Director to lead our Programmatic Solutions team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital products, with a particular focus on Salesforce technologies. You will partner closely with programmatic business units to ensure that technology solutions effectively support our mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy for Programmatic Solutions, ensuring alignment with World Vision's overall strategic direction.
- Technology Management: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Programmatic Solutions (including Salesforce Technologies), ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our global projects and programs.
- Digital Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, including discovery, implementation, ongoing operations, and support.
- Business Engagement: Act as a strategic IT partner to the Programmatic-Related business units, understanding their needs and translating them into effective technology solutions.
- Impact Measurement: Develop and implement frameworks and tools within programmatic solutions to measure and report on the impact of World Vision's projects and programs on communities. This will ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure that all programmatic solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of IT professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within your international, multi-cultural, and multi-timezone team.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all Programmatic Solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including Programmatic and Strategy leaders and Technology teams, to align technology and business goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget for Programmatic Solutions, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure optimal delivery of technology solutions.
