Job Title: IT Director for Programmatic Solutions

World Vision International is seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT Director to lead the Programmatic Solutions team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our programmatic-related digital products lifecycle, focusing on Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy for Programmatic Solutions, ensuring alignment with World Vision's strategy.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Programmatic Solutions (including Salesforce Technologies), ensuring they meet the needs of the organization's diverse projects and programs.
  • Manage the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, including discovery, implementation, and ongoing operations and support.
  • Act as a strategic IT partner to the Programmatic-Related business units.
  • Develop and implement frameworks and tools within programmatic solutions to measure and report on the impact of World Vision's projects and programs on communities.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure that all programmatic solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, mentor, and manage an international, multi-cultural, multi-timezone, and high-performing team of IT professionals.
  • Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of all Programmatic Solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align Technology and Business goals.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget for Programmatic Solutions.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of IT and business/industry experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce technologies and implementing large-scale digital solutions.
  • Strong experience managing the entire digital product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic-Related business, including DME /Grants Management/Impact Measurement.
  • Strong strategic planning and business engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, IT governance, and risk management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
