Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients through phone calls, emails, and chats

  • Collect and accurately enter demographic information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in virtual assistance, customer service, or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills with consumers (patients) and cross-departmentally
  • Solid experience with office management systems, EHRs, and Google products
  • Ability to think proactively, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
