Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ability to communicate in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese and/or French being an asset.
- College or University degree in finance, informatics, or business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in Master Data, system support, and capability-specific roles.
- Familiarity with Vendor Banking setup and SAP experience is highly desirable.
- Customer Support experience and prior experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Business-level fluency in English.
