As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform and deploy innovative solutions across the value chain.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deploy IMEx across GSC America's Ecosystems by collaborating with process-centric teams for new implementations, sustainability, and coaching.
- Train and coach CI Specialists across the Region, define Process Centric Teams, and lead IMEx implementation.
- Map detailed step-by-step process flow charts, establish Standard Work Schedules, and track adherence.
- Identify CI Loop opportunities and drive continuous improvement, implement Structured Gemba processes, and set up Digital Operations Center modules.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 5-7 years of experience working with Lean Capabilities, IMEx deployments, or Operation Excellence.
- Method 1 certified (or equivalent: Yellow Belt).
- Process and Product Knowledge, Effective Coaching & Managing Change Skills, and Meeting Facilitation skills.
**Benefits**
