">The Payroll Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Payroll team in our Shared Service Center in Costa Rica. This individual will provide transactional and administrative support for employees, managers, and HR partners. The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing audits for inputs coming from our Payroll vendor and team, following up on employee payroll inquiries and audits, and compiling and analyzing payroll data and reports to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have working experience in Payroll for the United States and advanced knowledge of Excel. Workday and Kronos experience are considered a plus.
The Payroll Operations Specialist will be responsible for facilitating Tier 0 or Tier 1 case resolution by transferring knowledge to these levels. Additionally, this role will participate in special projects and other strategic initiatives, such as acquisitions, divestitures, and demographic changes in the employee base.
