- Design and implement automated troubleshooting tools and scripts.
- Lead knowledge-sharing meetings to drive efficient customer solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience or software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
