About the Role

As a Digital Product Marketing Strategist at Now Digital Talent, you will play a crucial part in elevating our Racebook product to new heights. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively position our product within our portfolio and differentiate it from competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
  2. Work closely with sales and account management teams to align internal and external communication roadmaps, guaranteeing a consistent message across all marketing channels.
  3. Design and implement product marketing strategies, leveraging lifecycle management principles to drive business growth.
  4. Create value propositions, highlighting unique selling points (USPs), reasons to believe, differentiators, and positioning statements to set our products apart in competitive markets.
  5. Brief the marketing team on product features and benefits, developing messaging frameworks to effectively communicate these to various audiences.
  6. Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels, working collaboratively with the content, event, brand, and other marketing teams to achieve this goal.
  7. Act as a bridge between product and commercial teams, translating technical features into commercial language to facilitate seamless communication.
  8. Develop and deliver essential sales materials and marketing collateral to promote our entire portfolio internally and externally, including sales sheets, PowerPoint packs, videos, bespoke copy, visuals, blog posts, and case studies.
  9. Maintain market research on industry trends and customer usage patterns, gathering insights from product owners and untapped opportunities through various data sources.
  10. Establish buyer personas and target audiences, providing valuable input for future marketing initiatives.
  11. Present products to both external and internal audiences, showcasing expertise in digital product marketing.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • 2 years of experience in Racebook Management, preferably.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to San José, Provincia de San José, Costa Rica.
