About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our team at TD SYNNEX-Shyft Global Services. This is a remote, work-from-home position with occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will support and develop regular reporting and analytics for a specific functional area or department to drive operational business performance. They will help identify and execute changes and enhancements to existing reports and dashboards, preparing and analyzing ad hoc reports and providing summaries of data along with recommendations to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Possess strong analytical skills based on previously identified improvement opportunities to enhance operational business performance.
- Execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Use common office equipment.
- Participate in developing and executing data, tools, reporting, and analysis to deliver solutions in support of business needs.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and system applications.
- Demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Converse and write effectively in English.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Learn and adapt to new systems and technology.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Certification or Specialization in Business Intelligence or related field.
- Strong data entry skills and ability to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
