TD SYNNEX- Shyft Global Services: Business Intelligence Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst II CR to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in driving operational business performance by analyzing data and providing actionable insights.

About the Job
  • Job Purpose: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing regular reporting and analytics to support various functional areas or departments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support and develop regular reporting and analytics to drive operational business performance.
    • Identify and execute changes and enhancements to existing reports and dashboards.
    • Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports and provide summaries of data along with recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Work on special projects as directed.
  • Requirements:
    • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
    • Certification or Specialization in Business Intelligence or a related field is highly desired.
    • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
    • Possess strong data entry skills.
    • Partner with the business to develop and execute data, tools, reporting, and analysis needed to deliver solutions in support of business needs.
    • Maintain, dashboards, reports, and system applications, including minor changes, enhancements, ad hoc reports, and analysis.
    • Enhance operational business performance by applying knowledge of analytical skills based on previously identified improvement opportunities.
    • Demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
    • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/ regional language.
    • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
    • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
