We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Coordinator to join our team at Equifax. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our collections process.
As a Data Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage collections tasks that are not directly related to direct collections activities. This includes account suspensions, cancellations, write-offs, clearing on-account credit balances, issues related to invoice uploads and purchase orders, and maintaining contact and other system data.
You will be responsible for following standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure that work gets completed on a uniform and timely basis. Additionally, you will take on actions that distract from the core collections activities to improve the efficiency of the collectors. You will also manage special customer communications campaigns and ensure that data updates, including customer contact information, are processed accurately and promptly.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma and excellent English language skills, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher. You should also have at least one year of experience working with Excel.
What Sets You Apart:
While a University degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in process improvement, attention to detail, motivation, and self-drive to produce quality work and meet deadlines are essential for this position.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
