You will lead a team of support professionals, optimize efficiency, and ensure a seamless experience for our vendors.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support professionals
- Oversee and manage the pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding workflows for new software vendors
- Analyze operational challenges and implement solutions to streamline processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team
- In-depth understanding of operational best practices and process optimization techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
