**Senior Software Engineer - What Yo**u'll Do**:
Senior Software Engineers at OfficeSpace are responsible for creation of all newly built products as well as the upgrading of existing platforms and features.
Responsibilities include:
- Build new and interesting architecture with Google Cloud Platform.
- Gain experience with different database technologies, ranging from traditional relational to big data like BigQuery.
- Execute multiple projects in parallel and ensure the on-time release of well-tested and reliable code.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to associate-level team members and help to define and drive best practices across the team.
- Use development techniques to optimize software across a vast array of devices and browsers and discuss the trade-offs between various approaches.
**The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required**:
- Proven background with Google Cloud Platform foundational such as Kubernetes (GKE, K8) and BigQuery
- Extensive experience with Flink Statefun for stateful computations is a must
- Experience with streaming tools like Kafka, Spark Streaming, Kinesis or Beam would be a nice to have
- B1 English proficiency
