Key Responsibilities

To deliver business benefits from transformational projects, taking ownership from start to finish. This includes engaging with stakeholders companywide to understand their objectives and problems.

Project Execution

The ideal candidate will lead or support project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones including identification of people resource requirements, training, and skills development needs.

Knowledge Management

Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team. This role also involves managing the necessary communication activities related to projects and changes.

Business Transformation

Work with relevant business areas in identifying other areas of transformation opportunity within the same project or business area.

Process Improvement

Utilize project management disciplines and provide input to improve processes and documents within project management systems.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks for resistance and benefit realization, evaluation, and ensuring readiness for change as well as developing plans to address.

Capability Building

This role requires supporting building out project management and change management capabilities across JLL to enable more streamlined and effective project and change management across JLL.

Requirements

  • Professional experience ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda.
  • Proven experience in major project or change management roles with direct experience from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent analytical and program management skills.
  • Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and balance sheet.
  • Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.
  • Understanding of global real estate markets preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to effectively design, gain alignment, and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish.
  • Familiarity delivering projects of work across a global organization.
