Job Description

This strategic global project manager role will drive transformation across four functions: HR Ops, Staffing Ops, Contingent Workforce, and Systems & Enablement.

The ideal candidate will manage strategic projects, provide project management support to program managers, and ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of program and project planning, including status updates, coordination efforts, and tracking success metrics.
  • Ensure effective communication and change management throughout the organization.
  • Drive execution of projects, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, using tools like Jira, MS project, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with a focus on innovative solutions and data interpretation.
