We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Sales Agent to join our team of Europe Experts. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting the needs of our Travel Agent Partners and Travel advisors.
**About Us**:
Europe Express is a leading provider of high-quality, custom travel to Europe for our North American clients. We serve both private group and FIT leisure markets, working exclusively with travel advisors to book everything from air and rail to hotels and sightseeing tours.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Discover client needs through consultative sales approach and create custom Europe destination itineraries to include arrangements for air, hotels, sightseeing, and ground transportation.
Research and price services to align within client budget expectations and provide guidance on routing of itinerary based on client needs.
Re-sell product when necessary, educate Travel Agent Partners about Europe Express products, and develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
**Requirements**:
3+ years of sales experience in travel industry with a focus on Europe destinations, proven success in meeting or exceeding inside sales goals, and demonstrated customer service and self-management skills.
Background in consultative sales environment, preferably within the travel industry, experience with business-to-business sales and relationship/account management building skills, and high level of written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team, ability to work hours aligned with Pacific Time Zone, and strong knowledge of Hubspot and MS Teams.
**Physical and/or Home Office Requirements**:
Reliable and secure internet, confidential space to protect company sensitive information, and ability to sit for long periods of time.
