Reservation Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservation Sales Agent to join our team at Europe Express. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the needs of our Travel Agent Partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Discover the needs of clients through a consultative sales approach.
• Create custom Europe destination itineraries, including arrangements for air, hotels, sightseeing, and ground transportation.
• Research and price services to align with client budget expectations.
• Provide guidance and make recommendations on routing of itinerary based on client needs.
• Re-sell product when necessary, e.g., hotel closures, major airline schedule changes, service disruptions.
• Educate Travel Agent Partners about Europe Express products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Research and maintain current knowledge of all product offerings.
• Exceed customer expectations and NPS satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience in the travel industry, with a focus on Europe destinations.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding inside sales goals.
• Demonstrated customer service and self-management skills.
• Background in a consultative sales environment, preferably within the travel industry.
• Experience with business-to-business sales and relationship/account management building skills.
• Experience with web-based computer systems.
• Knowledge of airline reservation GDS systems, preferably Amadeus.
• High level of written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to work hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone.
• Strong knowledge of Hubspot and MS Teams.
• Must be flexible and responsive to changing priorities while working to meet immediate deadlines.
