Responsibilities
The Operational Risk Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating operational risks across Citi's global operations.
This includes participating in site-wide control meetings to promote a controls culture within the operations division, evaluating risks and controls, and ensuring appropriate remedial actions are in place.
The analyst will also be responsible for timely updating MCA monitoring processes, creating and coordinating QRA meetings, and executing trust and verify MCA tests.
In addition, the analyst will support Internal and External Control organizations, including Internal Audit, regulators, control self-assessment, Compliance, and Finance.
The analyst will oversee Corrective Action Plan remediation (CAP) and monitor Entitlement Review completion on a regular basis.
They will also ensure 100% completion of all required trainings and cascading communication to the department related to all Risk and Control items.
The analyst will update Records Management inventories and ensure completion of necessary information for the COB plan, coordinate local COB Testing, complete Test Plans, and finalize all required documentation.
Furthermore, the analyst will serve as coordinator for EUC documentation completion and facilitate updates to EUC guidelines, monitor DCFC tasks daily, and escalate potential 'fails' to Process leads.
The analyst will provide Change Requests to R&C Compliance and Audits, review mandatory absence plans with Process leads, liaise with R&C to obtain deviation approval, assist in meeting KPMG and Internal Audit requirements, and review all documentation before providing it to KPMG and IA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of Financial Services or Technology experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including working knowledge of formulas, links, and pivot tables.
- Fluent English is required.
- Pursue continuous process and self-improvement opportunities.
