Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Scopehr. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and be able to make 100 B2B calls per day. They will be responsible for pitching Staffing Solutions to various companies from initial pitch to contract signing.
Main duties involve explaining the benefits of service, setting appointments, closing deals, and gaining as much business as possible. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales and is passionate about building relationships and driving growth.
