The Enterprise-Wide Finance Transformation Expert is a critical role within the Finance team at Intel, responsible for driving business growth and improvement through strategic process analysis and implementation. This position requires a highly skilled and analytical individual who can assess transactions for revenue recognition, create and execute global processes, and drive process improvements impacting stakeholders across geographies.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in finance and accounting will enable you to analyze complex transactions, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing transactions for revenue recognition and related business process creation, execution or governance
- Providing inputs to L3 process flows, solution design decision, security roles, change impacts around revenue recognition processes
- Collaborating with IT to build and configure ERP capabilities balancing business needs and standard processes
- Creating and maintaining business partner relationships with other finance colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Driving process improvements impacting stakeholders across geographies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or related field +5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced English level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
