At Te Connectivity, our Continuous Improvement Teams drive transformative change across the organization. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing programs that enhance products, services, and processes aligned with our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Understand market dynamics and leverage them to inform operational decisions across regions, utilizing our TEOA program as a platform for driving improvement in safety, delivery, quality, and gross margin.">
  • Create comprehensive strategies and plans for entire networks, highlighting milestones necessary to achieve world-class operations through the deployment of TEOA programs.">
  • Collaborate closely with plant managers and functional operational leaders to achieve required operational metrics.">
  • Engage employees and generate excitement about future operations stages, securing necessary engagement to execute improvements.">
  • Establish priorities for TEOA leaders and influence the definition of operations targets for various sites.">
  • Execute disciplined organizational Kaizen projects, as well as medium and long-term improvement projects, driving service model and gross margin improvements across sub-vertical footprints.">
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, integrating supply chain, quality, EHS functions with plant management towards establishing a world-class operations footprint.">
  • Challenge, coach, and support plant managers and TEOA teams to meet globally defined TEOA targets.">
  • Hold employees accountable for accomplishing plans, eliminating "turn backs," and fostering teamwork.">
  • Be recognized as a master in collaboration across boundaries, transferring best practices among regions/businesses and partnering with TEOA teams from corporate and other businesses.">

Qualifications:

">

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably holding an MBA/MS Lean Manufacturing degree and having 10-15 years of professional experience in production, logistics, or industrial engineering.

">

Experience leading and transforming operations at multiple sites or value stream levels is essential, along with strong backgrounds in lean practices and using tools such as value stream mapping, 5S+1, Visual Factory, Standard Work, Quick Changeover, and TPM.

">

Candidates must possess excellent communication and coaching skills at all levels, be able to think strategically and execute tactically to deliver results, have an analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset, and be able to maintain a holistic overview of complex situations while being flexible and adaptable when dealing with difficult issues.

">

Fluency in English is mandatory, and the role involves travel to other regions within the business unit, necessitating overnight stays.

">

The position has a significant emphasis on supporting and coaching Plant Managers and TEOA Leaders and influencing Operations Leaders.
