Role Summary

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Core HR Services team as a Senior HR Operations Coordinator. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing administrative aspects that enable high-quality service provided by the Pfizer Colleague Service Center.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR Operations and experience working in a Shared Services environment. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.

You Will Achieve It:

  • Provide approvals for needed resources for new onboarding IBM agents, and manage regular audit of security access.
  • Administering IBM resources in Get Access System, ensuring proper creation, termination, and renewals.
  • Manage Reporting technology related to PCSC operations.
  • Owning the design, functionality, and Continuous Improvement process.
  • Overseeing Pfizer Training requirements for IBM agents.
  • Acting as Back-up for CHRS team on Fuse Agile Squads.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR Admin / Technology or another related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HR Operations related activities in a Shared Services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with third-party vendor(s) and stakeholders to improve service performance.
  • Experience initiating and leading continuous improvement activities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities, and work in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Proficient in English spoken and written.
