We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Coordinator to join our team in Tiempo completo capacity. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of HR experience and a bachelor's degree.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining the local office, including compliance and documentation.
- Coordinating with WeWork for supplies, access cards, desk space, and meeting space.
- Coordinating with US or India HR team for on-boarding new hires.
- Completing on-boarding paperwork, insurance enrollment, and ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Collecting timesheets and processing payroll with the finance team.
- Maintaining local employee paperwork for compliance.
- Coordinating vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements with the finance team.
- Purchasing laptops and distributing them to employees with ICT support.
- Assisting new hires with accommodation recommendations and supporting relocating employees from India and the US.
