As a Procure-to-Pay Analyst, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by managing procure-to-pay activities, analyzing and resolving complex procurement-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of requests, supporting the Markets, and working along with stakeholders to provide excellent customer service in an accurate timeframe.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues from different departments, cultures, business units, and countries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless execution of internal controls.
- Provide expert-level guidance on procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Analyze and resolve complex procurement-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 1-4 years of relevant functional accounting or finance experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, WebEx, and Teams required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty.
