Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage P2P operations ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Sox Controls company policies processes procedures internal controls and Finance objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within P2P operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate to leadership as necessary.
- Provide regular communication and training on processes and systems for employees outsourced providers and suppliers.
- Serve as a Level 2 escalation point for the inquiries raised to Help Desk resources and/or team members.
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for employees and suppliers.
