Job Description

This role is part of our Global Business Services (GBS) HR team, responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate master data within HR systems, ensuring seamless payroll processing.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot master data issues, executing changes as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to BAT standards and processes, promoting efficiency and quality.
  • Process client matters with precision and speed, providing exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain internal control processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a database or data administration context.
  • Strong database skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive approach to feedback.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, and experience with data manipulation software.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and reporting technologies, such as SAP Enable.
  • Fluency in English (Intermediate-Advanced), with working knowledge of Portuguese.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
