Baxter is a global leader in medical innovation, and we're seeking a talented Commercial Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise a team of administrative professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success
- Lead and coordinate a group of collaborators to ensure Channel Operations Activities are completed accurately, timely, and aligned to support Commercial Ops Targets, Goals, and Priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement efficient and effective processes to optimize commercial operations
- Supervise and analyze important data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
- Cultivate and nurture strong connections with individuals both within and outside the organization to promote teamwork and accomplish shared objectives
- Perform ad hoc analysis, reports, audits for strategic evaluations to support management decision making
- Be responsible for the coordination and execution of various administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management
- Prepare the Monthly Results/Metrics to Review, working closely with leadership
- Participate on monthly reviews of results, provide improvement actions where vital
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous growth and development
- Stay informed about current industry trends and effective strategies to ensure our commercial operations remain competitive in the market
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Confirmed experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), B2+ minimum
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment
