The Digital Sales Enterprise team fuels Microsoft's growth by helping customers unlock the full potential of the Microsoft Cloud. Leveraging a world-class connected sales and marketing platform, this team harnesses marketing insights to reach customers digitally and solve their business problems. Powered by the latest innovations in Microsoft Azure, we collaborate globally, engage with customers, and acquire new business for Microsoft.
As an esteemed **Digital Solution Area Specialist - Data & AI**, you will work closely with our most valuable enterprise customers to drive day-to-day execution of strategic business priorities. You will spearhead the sale of best-in-class cloud services and platforms to managed customers, while building digital transformation momentum across our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
• Sales Execution: Engage with customers to introduce how other workloads could enable digital transformation areas aligned with their industry, turning opportunities into deals. Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and priorities to drive conversations on digital transformation across multiple solution areas, in collaboration with partners and services. Create guiding examples of digital transformation through seminars, workshops, Webinars, and direct engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to discover new opportunities. Drive incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns or internal sources. Collaborate with account teams, partners, or services to track, qualify, and expand new opportunities. Build pipeline with other teams and services, interface with customers, and establish relationships via social selling. Apply Microsoft's sales process to determine opportunity quality and proceed accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers by initiating conversations, providing demos or quotes, and collaborating with partners or internal teams. Ensure rapid and robust deployment plans are validated by services and partners for licensing transactions and project engagements. Identify blockers to consumption and partner with internal and external stakeholders to remove them.
• Identify customer business needs and technology readiness. Contribute to the development of solutions in collaboration with internal teams, partners, and services. Propose prioritized solutions that align with customers' needs. Articulate the business value of proposed solutions.
• Implement strategies to accelerate closing deals. Contribute input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities. Coach junior team members in deal plan execution and implement close plans to de-risk and drive predictable deal closure.
**Scaling and Collaboration**: Collaborate with One Commercial Partner and a network of partners to cross-sell and deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
