The Role
As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will drive delivery partnerships and support services engagement for new license signings or existing accounts. You will act as an expert to map out and execute successful implementations via delivery partners. You will collaborate with the Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to demonstrate our services value proposition by presenting key services offering differentiators, leveraging our delivery capabilities and Partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with delivery partners and provide support to define effective delivery models with the CEM and Sales teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing communications around Partner strategy for delivery.
- Work as an integral part of the overall account team and account plan, closely with the Regional Services Director (RSD), Area Services Managers (ASMs), to ensure profitable and efficient delivery structures.
- Analyse partner performance to develop partner-level insights which inform key marketing and product initiatives.
- Regularly ideate/update long-term plans for each owned partnership and facilitate Corporate Partner Ops with partner data/reports.
- Work with Pre-Sales, Sales, and CEMs on new prospect engagements to propose suitable Partners.
- Ensure communication channels exist and function effectively between Partner and necessary Temenos stakeholders (CEMs, ASMs, RSD).
- Drive adoption and successful execution of Service Packages such as Collaborative Implementation Offering (CIO), working closely with CEM and Partners.
- Monitor Partners' performance in the region to determine the impact on Temenos' image and credibility with the client. Recommend remedial action, as required, and follow up on the actions with the Area Services Managers.
Requirements:
- Ability to identify problems, quickly devise feasible solutions, disseminate the appropriate information to relevant internal partners, and bring about timely resolution.
- Work experience in B.A./B.S. in IT, business, marketing, strategic planning, or related area preferred, or equivalent.
- Experience in Temenos' targeted industry of banking solutions is necessary, including experience in consultancy and integration companies.
- Experience in working relationships with clients and individuals in other business units by understanding their perspectives and issues.
- Ability to work actively with others to improve relationships by understanding their perspectives and issues and work toward win-win solutions.
