As a seasoned manager, you'll lead our Rapid Response Team in maintaining the highest standards of incident response, system reliability, and operational excellence. **Your Mission:**

- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance incident response capabilities and system reliability.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with RRT Peers, Problem Management, and other Teams within the Splunk Ecosystem.

- Collaborate with Cloud Operations teams to streamline processes, optimize resources, and reduce repeatable risk.

- Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing between teams, promoting a culture of transparency and trust.

- Oversee team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted training and development programs.

- Represent the Rapid Response Team in cross-functional meetings, advocating for process improvements and innovation.

**Essential Qualifications:**

- Proven track record in technical management, with a strong background in cloud operations or similar fields.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Experience working with Cloud Services, frameworks, and tools relevant to the role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-driven decision-making.
