As the point of contact between our organization and the markets, this individual will play a critical role in strengthening communication, strategy, and issue resolution for stakeholders in various regions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to markets on FAS-related issue resolution and perform front-line troubleshooting, both ongoing and during month-end close.
- Act as the single point of contact between the market and FAS organization, aiming for issue resolution, process improvement, and standardization.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and communicate effectively with internal customers and stakeholders.
- University degree in Business or Accounting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Advanced level).
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms, including SAP and/or Cognos Controller.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Experience in the Spirits and/or FMCG industry.
- Solid knowledge of Bacardi Business.
- CA/CPA certification preferred.
- Previous experience in managing others.
