We are seeking an experienced Staff Technical Support Engineer to join our global organization. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical expertise to guide our customers through critical issues, ensuring timely and effective case resolutions. Your passion and knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform will empower our customers to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues and escalations
- Provide technical guidance to address customer business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base materials
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Perl), relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle), and Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server environments. Additionally, you should have experience with bi-directional automated integrations between two systems, data extraction technologies (e.g., JDBC, ODBC), and web services (consuming or providing).
