Job Description
As a Technical Support Delivery Director, you will be responsible for leading a global team of engineers in providing top-notch support services to our clients. This role requires a client-first mindset, a proactive approach to ensure smooth team operations, and effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
You will assess skills requirements, execute training plans, and drive innovation within your team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of people management experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day team activities and meet operational goals
- Support customers with excellence and empathy, including client crisis management
- Collaborate with other support teams and drive engagement of other skills and resources as needed
- Support and encourage innovation within your team and influence the extended organization with best practices
