**Key Responsibilities**

  • Help build out the contracts repository and document existing processes for improved efficiency
  • Implement new tools for the legal team and maintain existing ones, including Ironclad
  • Support legal department analytics by pulling key performance indicators from various tools
  • Contribute to operational excellence by supporting business intelligence and visualization
  • Provide general legal operations support, including project management, process management, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal or program management certification is a plus
  • 2+ years relevant business or legal experience in a process-oriented function desirable
  • Analytics and data visualization tool experience, including Databricks, SQL, Tableau, and Dashboard creation highly desirable
  • Experience with program or project management and in a legal setting (law firm or in-house) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
