Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on analyzing results and translating into relevant presentations for diverse audiences
  • 2-4 years of experience in client support
  • Works under minimal direct supervision
  • Organized and detail-oriented

A good understanding of the Credit Reporting Resource Guide and the full life cycle of data reporting is also necessary. Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
